CBT for expats in Singapore
Intro: Long hours, a demanding role and a life far from home can leave little room to deal with a busy mind. I offer BABCP-accredited CBT by secure video, 7am to 1pm Singapore time, so you can have your session before work or at lunch.

How it works

We agree on a plan, usually starting with a block of 4 sessions.
Sessions are 1 hour via secure video, and you pay me directly by card or Apple Pay.

Single session SGD 200 (1 hour)
Block of 4 sessions SGD 640 (SGD 160 per session)
Private and direct
You book with me directly, so your employer and EAP are not involved. I'm a BABCP-accredited CBT Specialist Psychotherapist, and you can check my registration on the BABCP CBT Register.
Questions
Is online CBT as effective as in person? Research shows online CBT works well for anxiety, OCD and depression, and it fits around a busy schedule.
Can my GP refer me? Yes. You can email me yourself, or your GP can email me with your consent.
Is my information private? Your details are held securely and shared with no one without your consent, except where the law or safety requires it.
Is this an emergency service? No. If you are in crisis, call SOS on 1767 or 995 for emergencies.
